Client Responsibilities

Provide access to required accounts and platforms
Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes

Right to Refuse Service

Requests for illegal or unethical content

Non-payment or payment disputes

Limitation of Liability

You remain responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date
Any deliverables completed and paid for remain yours
Work in progress may be delivered at our discretion based on completion status
Refunds are not available for work already completed
