1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Wyrestack website (www.wyrestack.com) or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Wyrestack provides web development, mobile app development, AI automation, payment integrations, and digital marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual project proposals or contracts.

3. Project Engagements

• Proposals: All project work begins with a written proposal outlining scope, timeline, and fixed pricing.
• Acceptance: Work begins only after written acceptance (email is sufficient) and any required deposit payment.
• Scope changes: Any work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately before proceeding.
• Delivery: We deliver production-ready code and assets as described in the proposal.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in each project proposal.
• Typical structure: deposit upfront, milestone payments, final payment on delivery.
• Late payments beyond 15 days may result in project work being paused.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your content: You retain ownership of all content, branding, and materials you provide to us.
• Deliverables: Upon full payment, you own the custom code, designs, and assets we create for your project.
• Third-party licenses: Some projects use open-source or third-party tools (e.g., frameworks, fonts, plugins). These remain under their respective licenses.
• Portfolio rights: We may display the completed project in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your project on time, we need:

• Timely feedback on designs and deliverables (within 3 business days unless agreed otherwise)
• Access to any required accounts, assets, or content
• Clear communication about requirements and changes

Delays caused by late client feedback may extend project timelines.

7. Warranties & Limitations

• We warrant that deliverables will function as described in the proposal for 30 days after delivery.
• We will fix any bugs or issues within that 30-day warranty period at no additional cost.
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, traffic, rankings) as these depend on many factors beyond our control.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate a project engagement with 7 days written notice.
• Upon termination, you pay for all work completed up to that point.
• We will deliver all completed work and assets upon final payment.

9. Website Use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms
• Attempt to interfere with the website's functionality
• Scrape or harvest data from the website without permission
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
